We will be waiting for you at baggage claim carousel number 3, holding a sign with your name on it.

We will greet you in the international arrivals lobby with a sign bearing your name.

Minimum hours before pickup is 12hours. We need enough time to prepare before picking you up. This includes dispatch vehicle and driver, researching routes, and even inspecting and cleaning the vehicle.

You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of your fare will apply. Please note that refunds may take approximately 5 business days to process.

It’s strictly not allowed.

Bottled water is permitted for consumption on board, but other food and beverages are prohibited. This restriction on food and beverages on Queensland public passenger vehicles is stipulated in Section 232(2) of the Transport Services (Passenger Transport) Regulations (Queensland), 2018. Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of our vehicles is greatly appreciated.

Our vehicles are always equipped with sick bags. If you feel carsick, please inform the driver immediately.

If possible, please buy motion sickness medication at a pharmacy beforehand and take it an hour before pickup.

Except for animals recognized as service dogs, guide dogs, or assistance dogs, animals are not permitted on our vehicles.

We will accommodate unscheduled stops, but eating and drinking in our vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Drinks in paper cups are also prohibited from being brought onto our vehicles.

Furthermore, an extra stop fee of $10 (including tax) is required.

It is strictly forbidden to get into our vehicle while wearing wet clothes. Because dirt and stains may remain on our vehicle’s leather seats.

If you get on our vehicle while wearing wet clothes, you will be immediately charged $200 cleaning fee.
